We are the BPOE (Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks) of the USA. With just under 1 million members in more than 2,000 lodges across the country, the Elks are one of the largest and most active fraternal organizations in the world!
Our Mission
To inculcate the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to recognize a belief in God; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its Members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; to cultivate good fellowship; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization, and to provide for its government, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share.
Elks National Foundation
The mission of the Elks National Foundation is to help Elks build stronger communities. We fulfill this pledge by investing in communities where Elks live and work. We provide tomorrow’s leaders, our youth, with a healthy beginning; honor the Elks’ pledge to never forget our veterans; help the state Elks associations accomplish their charitable objectives and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.
Nevada State Elks Association
The Nevada State Elks Association The Nevada State Elks Association, Inc. is comprised of approximately 4,700 dedicated Elks and their families belonging to 14 Lodges within the two Districts that make up our great State.
Pahrump Nevada Elks Lodge No. 2796
The Pahrump Elks Lodge received their charter on July 13, 1996 and had 150 charter members. The lodge was located in a leased building located at north highway 160 and Simkins road. Project Safe Haven
The Nevada State Elks Association designated Project "Safe Haven" is a statewide emergency shelter care program for abused and neglected children. The program was estblished as its State Major Project in 1990. It was initiated as a joint project between the Nevada State Elks Association and the State of Nevada, Department of Human Resources - Division of Child and Family Services
